In the last game against Chennai Super Kings, KKR chased down the target of 145 runs in 18.3 overs. CSK made 144 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs with the help of a knock of 48 runs off 34 deliveries from Shivam Dube. For KKR, both Nitish Rana and Rinku Singh scored half-centuries and helped the team cross the line with six wickets in hand.


LSG won their previous game against Mumbai Indians by five runs. LSG made 177 runs for the loss of three wickets in 20 overs with the help of a brilliant knock of 89 runs off 47 deliveries from Marcus Stoinis. MI managed to post a total of 172 runs for the loss of five wickets despite a decent outing from Ishan Kishan.


KKR and LSG have faced each other twice in IPL. LSG have won both these matches and will be looking to make it three in a row.
