Well, there exists a mango that is also the world’s costliest mango, and here’s why. As per reports, these mangoes are grown during the peak harvest between April and August in Japan’s Miyazaki city. They are purple in colour and turn flaming red when ripe. The report says that a single Miyazaki mango can weigh around 350 grams and is sold at Rs 2.70 lakh per kilogram in the international market. Also, one mango can grow up to 900 grams in weight.
